Job Summary:

The Registered General Nurse (RGN) is a key member of the healthcare team at G &H CARE LIMITED, responsible for delivering high standards of patient care in a variety of healthcare settings. The role includes:

  • Assessing patients' needs and developing individualized care plans
  • Providing direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Monitoring patients' progress and adjusting care plans as needed

Responsibilities:

The RGN will be responsible for:

  • Delivering high-quality patient care in accordance with G &H CARE LIMITED's standards and policies
  • Participating in multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
  • Communicating effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
  • Contributing to a positive and supportive work environment

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, the RGN will need:

  • Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC)
  • Experience working in a healthcare setting, preferably in a similar role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
