We are seeking a proactive and skilled Project Coordinator to assist in the execution of project initiatives at our site. Currently, we are managing two significant construction projects that require additional project expertise to ensure smooth operations and effective management of interdependencies.

After extensive planning, this is a pivotal moment for our organization as we work towards enhancing the services and facilities at our site, ensuring a sustainable future for this treasured location.



Working Environment

You will join a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including project managers, surveyors, and conservation specialists, who provide expert consultancy to the sites we manage. Your primary workplace will be at our estate office, where you will collaborate with the operational team. Our flexible working policy allows for a blend of office and remote work, along with site visits and meetings at various locations.



Key Responsibilities

Your initial focus will be on supporting the project manager with the ongoing sewage project, which involves coordination with various stakeholders and impacts the local community. Your role will include:

  • Assisting in governance, cost management, and communication strategies.
  • Engaging with both internal teams and external partners.
  • Supporting the development of project documentation and processes for the essential repairs project.
  • Collaborating closely with the project manager to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
