Operations Service Team Leader

We are seeking an experienced Operations Service Team Leader to lead our service team and product servicing both in-house and on-site.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage all service operations on-site and in-house, ensuring efficiency and productivity
  • Develop and implement strategies to meet service goals and objectives
  • Monitor and maintain site resources
  • Co-ordinate with multiple departments
  • Co-ordinate with Site Engineers and schedule site activity
  • Ensure all paperwork and permits are completed prior to site activity
  • Plan jobs to client specifications, ensuring all parts and equipment needed for site activity
  • Implement and manage Maintenance contracts
  • Support customers on breakdowns, repairs, and servicing requirements
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
  • Working across different teams and understanding a variety of roles and responsibilities
  • Proficient in using computer software and applications
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills
  • Positive and upbeat attitude
  • Self-starter with the ability to hit the ground running
Desirable:
  • Project Management skills

  • Jira and/or Confluence
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures (ATEX is desirable)
