Job Description

Job Title: Graduate Commercial Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Graduate Commercial Sales Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective channel sales strategies to drive business growth and increase market share.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research, competitor and customer surveys to identify new sales opportunities and market trends.
  • Channel Sales Strategy: Develop and implement channel sales strategies, create short and long-term business plans to increase sales revenue.
  • Distributor Management: Develop new Tier-2 distributors for Hikvision brand, HIlook, EZVIZ and other new businesses; regularly evaluate their performance, qualification, and capability to maximize channel coverage in the regional market.
  • Stock Management: Manage stock levels, stock rotations, credit notes, payment terms, rebate policy, price list, and special pricing issues, channel incentive program.
  • Product Education and Training: Deliver product and commercial education and training in conjunction with business partners.
  • Contract Management: Responsible for contract management of channel partners; utilize internal and external resources ensuring deliveries of orders are in timely and accurate manner, as well as timely collection of accounts receivable.
  • Process Implementation: Implement local sales processes, systems/tools, and channel policy/guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Microsoft Office Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English and Chinese, both written and verbal.
