About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Vehicle Sales Executive to join our team at Pybus Recruitment Ltd. As a Commercial Vehicle Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell an agreed number of new and used commercial vehicles with finance and insurance, extended warranty and accessories, using best practice selling techniques, sound product knowledge and compliant with sales procedure.
  • Provide a courteous, professional and advisory service to all customers, to maximise opportunities whilst ensuring complete customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Identify new business opportunities and support colleagues within your team.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets in line with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Requirements:

  • A Commercial Vehicle Sales Executive with an enthusiastic personality and is self-motivated.
  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Previous experience in achieving sales targets in line with KPIs.
  • The ability to listen well, and have the skills to influence and persuade in both positive and negative circumstances.
