About the Role
The Hillingdon Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly skilled Consultant Anaesthetist with a Specialist Interest in Chronic and Acute Pain to join our dynamic anaesthetic department.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality anaesthetic services, with a focus on chronic and acute pain management.
- Develop and implement effective pain management strategies, working closely with multidisciplinary teams.
- Contribute to the development of our services, driving innovation and excellence in pain care.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless patient care, from initial assessment to post-procedure follow-up.
Requirements
- Fellow of the Royal College of Anaesthetists (FRCA) or equivalent.
- Independent practice in both chronic and acute pain management.
- Experience as a Specialist Trainee in a wide range of general anaesthesia, including emergency and trauma anaesthesia.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
