We seek candidates with substantial experience in managing Fire Door projects, demonstrating a successful history in personnel management and service execution.


Supervisor - Key Responsibilities:
1. Meet all established KPI targets through effective supervision of team members.
2. Organize, monitor, and direct operatives and subcontractors to achieve agreed productivity standards.
3. Foster strong working relationships with clients and their designated partners.
4. Ensure all operatives adhere to company policies and procedures.
5. Conduct pre and post inspections as necessary to ensure accurate work completion.
6. Assess the quality of completed work.
7. Guarantee compliance with all Health and Safety regulations by operatives.
8. Oversee and monitor ongoing work to ensure effective service delivery.
9. Address any performance issues promptly.
10. Report accidents to the Health and Safety Manager without delay.
11. Hold regular communication meetings with operatives and subcontractors, including performance reviews, toolbox talks, and one-on-one discussions.

Supervisor - Required Experience:
- CSCS Card

- SSSTS
- Asbestos Awareness
- FIRAS / FDIS / NVQ Qualification (Preferred)
- Proven experience in leading and delivering Fire Door projects
- Proficient in IT with a solid understanding of Microsoft applications
- Ability to comprehend client and contract requirements to enhance productivity and assess improvements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong knowledge of Health and Safety legislation
- Experience in managing and enhancing internal and external customer relationships and conflict resolution.
