Main Responsibilities

As a key member of the Aspens Services team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to employees and managers, handling and escalating employment queries efficiently. You will also provide customer-facing support, managing incoming calls, responding to emails, and resolving queries from staff and parents.

Key Tasks
  • Post Management: Sort and organize incoming and outgoing mail to ensure timely and secure delivery.
  • Health & Safety: Ensure adherence to on-site health and safety protocols, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Visitor Management: Greet and welcome all visitors with professionalism, providing a positive first impression of the company.
  • Administrative Assistance: Provide support to the People Team with various administrative tasks, including document preparation and coordination.
  • Internal Communications: Draft and distribute communications to keep employees informed and engaged, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
  • Call Coordination: Route calls to other support teams, ensuring efficient and effective communication.
  • Back Office Support: Update systems, manage menu information, and handle general office tasks to maintain a smooth and organized work environment.
  • Relationship Building: Establish effective working relationships across the business, fostering a collaborative and supportive team culture.
  • Fleet Coordination: Assist with the management of the company fleet, ensuring efficient and safe transportation.
  • Learning & Development Support: Help coordinate training administration, supporting the growth and development of employees.
  • Project Support: Assist with various projects as requested by the Chief People Officer, contributing to the success and growth of the company.
