We are seeking a skilled Cost Manager to join our team in Milton Keynes. As a leading consultancy, we work on a range of industry-leading schemes across various sectors, including education, healthcare, leisure, retail, and residential.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing accurate project cost monitoring, forecasting, and reporting.
  2. Proactively monitor and manage cost variance and contract cash flow, ensuring timely applications and correct procedures.
  3. Collaborate with client and contractor teams to manage project deliverables, KPIs, and objectives, including programme performance, cost control, and value engineering.

Requirements:
