  • Establish and oversee budgets for rent and service charge income, including the reconciliation of income accounts.
  • Address inquiries related to service charges, including resolving complaints effectively.
  • Perform necessary functions to guarantee efficient collection of rent and service charges across the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in service charge accounting is essential.
  • Proficiency in budget preparation, forecasting, and familiarity with the housing or property development sectors.
  • A strong aptitude for IT, particularly in using Excel.
