Contract Details:
This is a hybrid position, involving both office work and site visits, with the possibility of working outside of standard hours.


Role Overview:
The primary objective is to provide comprehensive housing support to tenants and leaseholders while collaborating with various teams, local representatives, and community associations to foster sustainable living environments.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver a proactive and customer-centric housing management service across the assigned area, ensuring compliance with legal and contractual obligations to tenants and leaseholders.
  • Maintain a regular and visible presence within communities, taking necessary actions to ensure safety and upkeep of estates, while providing guidance and reporting on housing management issues.
  • Assist the Community Housing Team in implementing support initiatives for vulnerable residents.
  • Employ a flexible approach to engage with residents, empowering them to identify and pursue their own solutions.
  • Facilitate housing options for residents.
