Our retail spaces are designed to be vibrant and engaging, featuring well-known brands like Jellycat, Yankee, Dunoon, East of India, Ted Baker, and Wrendale, alongside a variety of unique and innovative gift options.
We are in search of a highly driven,skilled Retail Manager to enhance our team. In this role, you will oversee daily store operations, which includes staff management, ensuring outstanding customer service, and boosting sales performance. If you are passionate about retail and possess exceptional leadership abilities, we encourage you to consider this opportunity.
Proficiency in computer skills and strong written and verbal communication in English are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- To create a welcoming and positive atmosphere for both employees and customers at Temptation.
- To ensure top-notch customer service by training and developing staff in effective sales strategies.
- To meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
- To train, motivate, and manage all team members to achieve both personal and store goals.
- To maintain an appealing store environment by organizing and displaying merchandise effectively.
- To manage and oversee retail staff, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance assessments.
Requirements
- A minimum of two years of recent experience in retail management within a similar setting.
- Exceptional merchandising abilities.
- Strong leadership qualities with the capacity to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently.

This is a permanent, full-time position, requiring work across a 7-day schedule.
About You
- Do you have relevant retail management experience in sectors such as gifts, cards, or fashion?
- Have you successfully managed a team of up to 10 staff members?
- Having your own transportation would be advantageous for training at other locations.
