We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Assistant Manager to join our team at Thames Hospice. As a Retail Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of our retail operations.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing retail teams, driving sales growth, and improving customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for leading a team of retail staff, managing store operations, and implementing visual merchandising strategies to drive sales and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of retail staff to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
  • Manage store operations, including stock management, visual merchandising, and customer service
  • Implement visual merchandising strategies to drive sales and customer engagement
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to inform business decisions
  • Develop and implement plans to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
