About the Role

The successful candidate will have substantial experience in project delivery and management, with a strong background in conservation and heritage projects. They will be responsible for leading our team in delivering projects from concept to completion, ensuring that all designs meet the highest standards of quality and technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead project delivery and management, ensuring timely and within-budget completion
  2. Develop and implement innovative design solutions, working closely with clients and stakeholders
  3. Manage and mentor junior architects, providing guidance and support to ensure their professional development
  4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project delivery, including marketing, sales, and operations
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements, ensuring our team remains at the forefront of architectural innovation
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. Extensive post-qualification experience, with several years as a Project Architect
  2. ARB registration and Part Three RIBA qualification
  3. Prior knowledge of project delivery and management, with a strong background in conservation and heritage projects
  4. Strong design and technical skills, with experience in AutoCAD, Revit, and NBS
  5. AABC accreditation or on track for it
  6. Comprehensive commercial awareness and ability to take financial control of the project
