Field Security Specialist

Job Summary

TalentHawk is seeking an experienced Field Security Specialist to join our team. As a Field Security Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining and installing various security systems, including CCTV, access control, and intruder alarms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and maintain Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) systems, both analogue and digital
  • Manage centrally controlled access control systems
  • Install and maintain Public Address and intercom systems
  • Implement video analytics and electric fencing solutions
  • Support and maintain intruder alarms and security lighting systems
  • Support infrastructure, including servers, UPS systems, and electrical wiring
Requirements
  • Experience in service management and stakeholder engagement, including third-party suppliers and contractors
  • Excellent literacy and report writing skills
  • Full UK driving license and ability to travel within the regions
  • Participation in an out-of-hours standby and callout rota after gaining necessary training and authorization
Preferred Qualifications
  • Security service and installation technician/engineer or locksmith with security installation experience
  • Knowledge of Gallagher systems and security field qualifications, including Competent Person (PERSONS) accreditation
  • NSV clearance and a clean driving license
