Position Overview
We are seeking a qualified Adult Social Worker to become a vital part of our Locality Review Team.
Note: A minimum of 2 years of post-qualification experience in social work is essential for this role.
Team Dynamics
This team is dedicated to supporting vulnerable adults aged 18 and above. The social worker will manage a significant backlog of cases, addressing a variety of complex needs, including physical disabilities, elderly care, learning disabilities, and mental health challenges. Collaboration with multiple agencies is a key aspect of this role, ensuring comprehensive support for individuals.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will possess a Social Work qualification (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) along with at least 1 year of post-ASYE experience. Familiarity with Section 42, Care Act, and MCA assessments is required. Experience in working with learning disabilities, elderly populations, and physical disabilities is highly desirable.
