Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Product Coordinator to join our team at ScottishPower. As a Product Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the development and growth of clean green heating products within our Smart Solutions division.

About the Role

As a Product Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating development plans and initiatives for new or enhanced propositions and supporting the research, data analysis, development, business case, procurement processes and commercial discussions and actions across all market segments for Smart Heat.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development of propositions through to customer delivery, including proposals, contracts, and monitoring of product performance and associated KPIs.
  • Interface across the business to progress implementation of product and service enhancements.
  • Communicate development, implementation plans and processes to business stakeholders, influencing where necessary to ensure successful delivery and escalating issues as they arise.
  • Research and understand competitor intelligence and communicate to delivery teams.

Requirements

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about all things connected with the electrification of heat, including heat pumps, heat networks, and net zero homes. Experience in project management, including building detailed project timescales, propositions, and administration skills is essential. Some knowledge of customer experience improvement, IT systems, and commercial agreements is preferred.
