Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Category Growth Specialist to join our client's Senior Category & Insights team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for driving product growth and developing innovative strategies to increase sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing and NPD, to develop and implement product growth strategies.
  • Analyze market data and trends using Nielsen, Kantar, and IRI to inform business decisions.
  • Develop and present actionable insights to stakeholders, including retailers and internal teams.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and internal stakeholders to drive business growth.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in category management, preferably in the food industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of market research tools, including Nielsen, Kantar, and IRI.
