About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our Solutions commercial finance team. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Solutions finance team with scenario analysis, profitability modelling, and forecasting.

You will be responsible for leading on the Solutions team costs, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting of actual performance. This is a varied finance role that requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to dive deep into details to identify key performance drivers.

Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager, you will work closely with the commercial teams who partner with our UK and International partners and also your finance colleagues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the wider solutions finance team with modelling and analysis across Solutions partners.
  • Business partnering - building effective working relationships with key Solutions stakeholders.
  • Support half year and year end audit queries.
  • Ensure financial controls are effectively performed.
  • Ad-hoc analysis.
About You

We are looking for a qualified Accountant with a strong foundation in financial modelling, budgeting, and forecasting. You should have experience of reporting period management accounts, analysis, and providing insightful commentary. Proficiency in advanced Google Sheets and Excel functionalities is also essential.

Strong commercial and financial acumen, with a proven track record of driving results, is required. Prior experience in warehouse and logistics operations, and/or online grocery or general merchandise businesses is highly desirable.
