Job Purpose

This Emerging Engineer role provides an exceptional opportunity for recent graduates to gain hands-on experience within our dynamic Engineering team. You will collaborate on projects, receiving comprehensive training across all aspects of the position. As you progress, you'll conduct technical assessments, analyze data, and contribute to space-related projects under the guidance of experienced engineers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Analyze the electrical, thermal, and mechanical performance of batteries.
  • Specify battery components such as heaters.
  • Collaborate with the CAD Manager to generate technical drawings.
  • Conduct thorough technical checks during battery testing and review test data.
  • Create essential project documentation, including analysis reports, user manuals, and test plans.
  • Effectively communicate technical information within the project team.
  • Support department-level process management and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Hold a degree in a STEM discipline or an equivalent industry qualification.

Experience

Required

Proficiency in IT skills for data analysis, modeling, and reporting.Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to present data clearly and concisely.

Desirable

Specialization in areas such as mechanical design, thermal analysis, Li-ion battery performance, or reliability.
