A unique opportunity has arisen for a motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Sales Executive. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business by contacting potential customers and showcasing the benefits of our Fuel Cards and additional products and services.

Reporting to the Telesales Team Leader, you will be expected to maintain a full understanding of our product offerings and the market, plan and prioritize sales activities to achieve agreed targets, and make a high volume of outbound sales calls daily.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and excellent communicator who is willing to learn about call techniques, our products, and services. If you have a desire to talk on the phone with a confident telephone manner and the resilience and drive to make a high volume of outbound calls daily, we want to hear from you.

As a Sales Executive, you will enjoy a range of benefits, including a basic salary of £14,907, uncapped commission, on the spot incentives, and an additional day annual leave for your birthday. Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a full understanding of our product offerings and the market.
  • Plan and prioritize sales activities to achieve agreed targets.
  • Make a high volume of outbound sales calls daily.
  • Maintain and develop new customers through appropriate sales methods.
  • Deliver a high quality of service, increasing business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Respond to and follow up sales enquiries using appropriate methods.
  • Log information on calls and update all customer records on our CRM system.

Requirements:

  • Enthusiastic and excellent communicator.
  • Willingness to learn about call techniques, our products, and services.
  • Inquisitive nature, eager to learn more about our customers and their businesses.
  • Desire to talk on the phone with a confident telephone manner.
  • Previous sales experience preferred but not essential.
  • Confidence to cold call new customers.
  • Resilience and drive to make a high volume of outbound calls daily.
  • Good level of accuracy and attention to detail.
