We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Human Resources Manager to join our Management Team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading our HR function and driving business results through strategic HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with department heads to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on HR-related matters, including employee relations, recruitment, training, and development.
  • Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and programs that support business goals.
  • Collaborate with management to identify and address talent management needs, including succession planning and leadership development.
  • Manage and analyze HR data to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Provide support and guidance to management on HR-related matters, including employee relations, recruitment, and talent management.
  • Stay up-to-date with changing employment laws and regulations, and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of employment law, HR policies, and procedures.
  • Experience in recruitment, training, and performance management.
  • Experience in the food and beverage industry is beneficial.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
