Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Progressor to join our team. As a Sales Progressor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth progression of sales transactions, providing exceptional customer service, and working closely with our sales team to achieve targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the exchange and completion of sales transactions, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of results.
  • Liaise with buyers, vendors, solicitors, and mortgage advisors to resolve any issues and ensure a smooth transaction process.
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve targets and goals, providing support and guidance as needed.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional results and building strong relationships with clients.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and responsibility.
  • Proficient in IT systems and software, with the ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
  • Previous experience in a sales or customer-facing role, with a strong understanding of the estate agency industry.
