Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Progressor to join our team. As a Sales Progressor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth progression of sales transactions, providing exceptional customer service, and working closely with our sales team to achieve targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the exchange and completion of sales transactions, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of results.
  • Liaise with buyers, vendors, solicitors, and mortgage advisors to resolve any issues and ensure a seamless transaction process.
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve targets and goals, providing support and guidance as needed.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meeting deadlines and achieving targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in IT systems and software, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly.
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field, with a proven track record of success.
