Quality Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to join our team at Redline Group Ltd in Hampshire. As a Quality Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure compliance with ISO9001:2015.
  • Collaborate with production teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Manage supplier relationships and ensure that all suppliers meet our quality standards.
  • Conduct internal audits and management reviews to ensure that our quality management system is effective.
  • Develop and implement a customer satisfaction measurement process.
  • Lead dynamic teams to execute specific quality objectives as agreed with the Head of Operations.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of quality management experience in an SME manufacturing environment.
  • Experience as an internal auditor for ISO9001:2015.
  • Maintenance of ISO9001 QMS, all aspects.
  • Quality Assurance of manufacturing processes with a track record of reject reduction and process improvement.
  • Team management of inspectors and quality engineers.
