Quality Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to join our team at Redline Group Ltd in Hampshire. As a Quality Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with production managers and quality engineers to document standard operating procedures.
  • Monitor and report in-process and final inspection data, and implement corrective actions to reduce internal failure costs.
  • Manage supplier approval processes and ensure supplier status is up to date on the ERP system.
  • Organize and manage QMS and EMS internal audits and management reviews to pre-agreed timetables.
  • Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to drive business growth.
  • Manage customer satisfaction measurement processes and ensure customer feedback is acted upon.
  • Lead dynamic teams to execute specific QHSE objectives as agreed with the Head of Operations.
  • Set daily targets for team members and monitor performance against those targets.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of quality management experience in an SME manufacturing environment.
  • Experience as an internal auditor for ISO9001:2015.
  • Maintenance of ISO9001 QMS, all aspects.
  • Quality assurance of manufacturing processes with a track record of reject reduction and process improvement.
  • Team management of inspectors and quality engineers.
