Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Contract Manager to lead the post contract management of critical contracts with our supply chain.

The role will involve the management of new complex construction contracts, requiring a deep understanding of contract management principles and practices.

The ideal candidate will have experience with NEC4 contracts, with JCT and FIDIC contracts being a plus.

The Senior Contract Manager will be responsible for ensuring the effective management of contracts, identifying and mitigating risks, and driving business growth through strategic contract management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate contract administration, including contract negotiations and dispute resolution.
  • Develop and implement contract management strategies to drive business growth and improve contract performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective contract management and minimize risks.
  • Provide expert advice on contract management best practices and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in contract management, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of contract management principles, practices, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
