About the Role:
AWE Plc is seeking a highly skilled Senior Contract Manager to join our team. As a Senior Contract Manager, you will be responsible for post contract management for Professional Services contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand the requirements of contracts, frameworks, and agreements and advise on how to achieve the most favorable outcomes for AWE.
- Manage partner contracts, agree work orders, and liaise with stakeholders.
- Define NEC 4 and/or CCS contract terms and apply industry-leading contract management techniques to mitigate commercial risk.
- Drive value for money and ensure business requirements are met.
- Manage budgets and ensure effective contract variation management.
Requirements:
- Experience in public sector procurement/contract management and public procurement regulations.
- Knowledge of NEC accreditation and experience with Professional Services background.
- CCS contract experience is preferable.
- Experience in business governance and public sector governance.
- Experience in scoping deliverables, contract variation management, and budgetary control.
