Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop healthcare projects from concept to completion, collaborating with clients, healthcare providers, engineers, and project managers.
  • Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to create efficient and safe healthcare spaces, adhering to healthcare regulations and standards.
  • Ensure all designs comply with healthcare regulations, building codes, and standards, such as HTM and HBN.
  • Prepare detailed plans, specifications, and cost estimates for healthcare projects.

Requirements:

  • Previous healthcare project experience is essential.
  • At least 1 year post-qualification experience.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations, building codes, and standards.
  • Proficient in Revit.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Team player.
