**Job Summary**

Ian Williams Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to join our Painting Unit in North London. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of painting works on various sites in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and supervise the running of painting works on multiple sites, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, company policies, and procedures.
  • Organize workload, labor, and materials, working closely with the Contract Manager to achieve project goals.
  • Communicate targets, costs, progress, and variances to client surveyors and internal stakeholders on a regular basis.
  • Ensure a safe working environment by enforcing safe systems of work, conducting PPE checks, and promoting a culture of health and safety.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a foreperson or supervisor in a similar role, preferably in social housing or a related environment.
  • Strong organizational and IT skills, with the ability to quickly learn in-house systems, Excel, and Outlook.
  • NVQ level 2 in Painting and Decorating, with an SSSTS or SMSTS qualification being advantageous.
