As a Maintenance and Installation Specialist, you will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of new and existing equipment and machinery within our extrusion/production facilities to ensure minimal or zero interruption caused by equipment/machinery failure.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Fault finding/trouble shooting for breakdowns and equipment failure, both mechanical and electrical, using original equipment manufacturer (OEM) diagnostic software and manual processes
  • Using technical drawings to maintain and install equipment
  • Completing proactive/preventative and responsive/corrective maintenance schedules
  • Making decisions about equipment safety and power
  • Delivering high standards of operational excellence

We will be conducting an interview discussion with the head of maintenance and other colleagues, and you will be given some activities to complete to help give you a feel for the work involved and enable us to see you follow some instructions in a working environment.
