Job Summary:

Office Angels is seeking a highly skilled HR Technical Administrator to join their team. As a key member of the HR department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of HR systems, processes, and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. HR Systems Management: Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality of HR data. Implement and maintain HR software, providing technical support and training to HR administration staff.
  2. Data Management and Reporting: Maintain employee records, including personal information, employment history, and performance data. Generate reports on key HR metrics to support business decision-making.
  3. HR Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes using technology. Collaborate with IT and HR teams to implement improvements and digitize HR documents and records.
  4. Payroll and Benefits Administration: Support the payroll process by ensuring accurate data entry and timely updates. Assist in the administration of employee benefits and resolve any issues.
  5. Recruitment and Onboarding Support: Manage applicant tracking systems and schedule interviews. Ensure a smooth onboarding process by accurately entering new hire data and coordinating onboarding tasks.
  6. Compliance and Audits: Ensure HR systems and processes comply with local labor laws and company policies.
  7. Administrative Support: Provide general support to the HR department, including scheduling meetings and managing correspondence. Assist in organizing HR events and maintaining documentation.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

  3. Proficiency in HRIS and other HR-related software, with strong IT skills including advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency.
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret HR data and propose solutions.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with HR colleagues and IT staff.
