The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting the broader Property Management division and will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential properties while supervising the team’s activities.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee daily property maintenance tasks.
- Ensure that landlords, tenants, contractors, and colleagues are kept informed about actions taken, work schedules, and provide regular updates on progress.
- Maintain accurate records and file notes within the property management system.
- Manage and process invoices efficiently.
- Conduct property inspections and generate detailed reports using Inventory Hive.
- Adhere to lettings administrative procedures and comply with all relevant legislation.
- Deliver exceptional service to clients.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in property maintenance is essential.
- A valid UK driving licence and access to a personal vehicle are required.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills are a must.
Working Hours: 9am-6pm Monday to Friday, with Saturday hours of 9am-1pm on a rotational basis (1 in 3).
