Centre Point Recruitment is proud to partner with a reputable multi-office estate agency situated in Surrey. We are seeking a skilled Property Maintenance Supervisor to join their dedicated team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting the broader Property Management division and will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential properties while supervising the team’s activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily property maintenance tasks.
  • Ensure that landlords, tenants, contractors, and colleagues are kept informed about actions taken, work schedules, and provide regular updates on progress.
  • Maintain accurate records and file notes within the property management system.
  • Manage and process invoices efficiently.
  • Conduct property inspections and generate detailed reports using Inventory Hive.
  • Adhere to lettings administrative procedures and comply with all relevant legislation.
  • Deliver exceptional service to clients.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in property maintenance is essential.
  • A valid UK driving licence and access to a personal vehicle are required.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills are a must.

Working Hours: 9am-6pm Monday to Friday, with Saturday hours of 9am-1pm on a rotational basis (1 in 3).
