TPS Sales Executive Job Description

About TPS

TPS is a leading provider of high-quality Genuine Parts and products to independent garages and bodyshops across the UK. As a Sales Executive at TPS, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Work closely with the Sales Manager and team to achieve business objectives and sales targets.
  2. Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  3. Accurately identify and recommend parts to meet customer requirements.
  4. Utilize product promotions and sales strategies to achieve specific targets.
  5. Identify and leverage potential sales opportunities within the customer base.
  6. Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and awareness of competitor activity.
  7. Provide timely communication to customers on their credit status.
  8. Collaborate with the TPS Centre team to ensure excellent customer service and delivery of sales targets.
  9. Handle incoming calls and customer enquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  10. Ensure accurate and timely completion of all required documentation.
  11. Manage cash and credit card transactions in line with TPS guidelines.

Requirements

  1. A self-motivated and results-driven individual with a proven track record in sales and customer service.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  3. Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.
  4. Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
  5. IT literate with a good working knowledge of MS Excel.
  6. A passion for the automotive industry and a desire to learn and develop.
