Part Time Finance Manager Job Opportunity

We are excited to be recruiting for a new Part Time Finance Manager to join our team at Dovetail Recruitment Careers. This is a great opportunity to join a successful, fast-growing company that specializes in the design, sourcing, and manufacture of bespoke packaging and merchandise for major brands in the health and beauty industry.

The Part Time Finance Manager role will include providing support with accounts payable and receivable, data entry, responding to inquiries, maintaining accurate records and files, and other general administration duties. Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks is key.

Duties & Responsibilities of the Part Time Finance Manager:

To assist with each stage of the sales order process:

  • Process and manage accounts payable and receivable
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
  • Respond to inquiries and provide excellent customer service
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and files
  • Perform other general administration duties as required

Requirements:

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in finance and accounting, with a strong understanding of financial procedures and regulations.
