Job Opportunity for a Dedicated Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Jupiter Recruitment. As a Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents, ensuring their physical, social, and psychological needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality care to residents, assessing their needs and developing personalized care plans to enhance their quality of life.

  • Oversee medicine management, ensuring medications are received, stored, and administered in accordance with company policies and current legislation.
  • Build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues, promoting a positive and supportive team environment.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and best practice guidelines, identifying and resolving risks proactively.
  • Support and mentor colleagues, promoting a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

  • Experience in elderly healthcare, with a strong understanding of the needs and challenges of older adults.
