We are seeking a skilled Care Professional to join our Burgess Hill team, providing 1-2-1 support to a client with complex care needs. The ideal candidate will have experience in seizure management, VNS, and rescue medications.

**Responsibilities**

- Provide high-quality care to our client, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
- Work collaboratively with our team of nurses and field care supervisors to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to our high standards of documentation.

**Requirements**

- Minimum 6 months of professional care experience in a UK healthcare setting.
- Proven experience working with complex care clients.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Full UK driving license with access to your own vehicle.
