Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough initial assessments of applicants to determine their eligibility for housing and support
- Use your knowledge of the Housing Act 1996 Part 7 and the Homeless Reduction Act 2017 to make informed decisions
- Develop and implement effective support plans to help individuals achieve stability and independence
- Work collaboratively with other teams and stakeholders to ensure a comprehensive approach to homelessness prevention
- Manage your own performance and contribute to the development of the service
