Job Title: Housing Management Specialist

Job Summary:
Joshua Robert Recruitment is seeking a skilled Housing Management Specialist to join our team. As an Intensive Housing Support Worker, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties and tenancies across a designated area, providing an intensive Housing Management Service to a core group of people.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct initial and regular assessments of service users to determine eligibility for the service and take necessary action where required.
• Work closely with the Housing Management Team to ensure the correct tenancies are issued, sign up new tenancies, and ensure service users understand and accept tenancy obligations.
• Maximize rent collection and adhere to the arrears management policy and procedure.

Requirements:
• A valid Enhanced DBS (Adults & Children)
• Previous experience or knowledge of social/supported housing processes is essential.
• The ability to support others in their tenancy sustainment and income management.
• Driving Licence (own vehicle)
