Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced 3rd Line Engineer to join our team at E-Resourcing Ltd. As a 3rd Line Engineer, you will be responsible for providing advanced technical support and maintenance for our on-premises and cloud infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and maintain the optimal performance and stability of our enterprise infrastructure and associated systems through regular monitoring and preventative maintenance measures.
  • Provide 3rd line support and ensure an excellent level of customer service through the prompt and efficient handling of tickets from 1st and 2nd line escalation.
  • Collaborate with junior engineers and other teams to resolve complex technical issues and improve overall infrastructure performance.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience supporting, maintaining, and enhancing a broad range of infrastructure services, including Windows Server, Azure, Intune, Hyper-V, and Disaster Recovery.
  • Excellent knowledge of networking principles and administration skills.
  • Experience with Office 365 administration, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Administration, and Microsoft 365 Security.
