About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Advisor at EE. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service and sales support to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
- Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of EE's products and services, including pricing and promotions.
- Provide product demonstrations and recommendations to customers, ensuring they understand the benefits and features of our products.
- Handle customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner, escalating to management as necessary.
