About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Advisor at EE. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Deliver outstanding customer service and sales support to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  2. Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  3. Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of EE's products and services, including pricing and promotions.
  4. Provide product demonstrations and recommendations to customers, ensuring they understand the benefits and features of our products.
  5. Handle customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner, escalating to management as necessary.
