About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at The North Face. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, providing product knowledge, and maintaining a high level of store standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring that all customers are treated with respect and receive a personalized shopping experience.
  • Develop a thorough knowledge of products in store, including features, benefits, and technical specifications.
  • Maintain merchandising standards in accordance with brand guidelines, ensuring that the store is visually appealing and easy to navigate.
  • Stay up-to-date with current trends and the brand's place within the market, providing expert advice to customers.
  • Follow all operational procedures in the store and in the stock room, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
