Position Overview: In this role, you will dedicate 22.5 hours each week to providing essential administrative assistance to our medical team. Your responsibilities will include managing schedules, organizing meetings, and maintaining accurate records, ensuring that all administrative tasks are handled efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Registered Clinicians with documentation and correspondence.
- Take minutes during meetings as required by the Medical Director or Senior Management Team.
- Handle incoming correspondence, ensuring accuracy in typing and editing.
- Participate in the administration and evaluation of compliance matters.
- Coordinate the clinicians' schedules and manage the hospital diary.
- Facilitate meeting arrangements and conference calls.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in IT, particularly Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in audio typing is essential.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- A minimum of 4 GCSEs or equivalent qualifications.
- Familiarity with mental health and medication processes.
