Medical Imaging Systems Field Service Engineer Opportunity

Overview: A leading manufacturer of medical imaging systems is seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to join their national team. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the service, breakdown repair, and maintenance of advanced CT Computed Tomography Medical Imaging Systems at hospitals and healthcare centres throughout the South East.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Service, breakdown repair, and maintenance of advanced CT Computed Tomography Medical Imaging Systems.
  2. Installation and repair of high-value electro-mechanical equipment.
  3. Providing excellent customer service and support to customers.
  4. Working collaboratively with the national team of engineers to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

  1. Experience in maintaining, installing, and repairing high-value capital equipment, either electro-mechanical or electronic.
  2. Qualification in electronics, engineering, electrical, or another relevant technical discipline.
  3. Impeccable customer service skills and a confident and professional manner in customer-facing environments.
  4. Flexible approach with the determination to seize opportunities and resolve complex challenges.
  5. Full UK driving licence.
