Medical Imaging Systems Field Service Engineer Opportunity

Overview: A leading manufacturer of medical imaging systems is seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to join their national team. The ideal candidate will have experience in maintaining, installing, and repairing high-value electro-mechanical or electronic equipment, with a strong background in electrical or mechanical engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Service, breakdown repair, and maintenance of advanced CT Computed Tomography Medical Imaging Systems at hospitals and healthcare centres throughout the South East.
  2. Provide excellent customer service and support to clients, ensuring prompt and efficient resolution of technical issues.
  3. Collaborate with the manufacturer's team to deliver comprehensive product training and support to customers.
  4. Contribute to the development of technical documentation and knowledge base to enhance the company's product expertise.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in maintaining, installing, and repairing high-value electro-mechanical or electronic equipment.
  2. Strong background in electrical or mechanical engineering, with relevant qualifications and certifications.
  3. Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  4. Full UK driving licence and ability to travel extensively throughout the South East.
  5. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including on-call and overtime, to meet customer needs.
