Medical Imaging Systems Field Service Engineer Opportunity
Overview: A leading manufacturer of medical imaging systems is seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to join their national team. The ideal candidate will have experience in maintaining, installing, and repairing high-value electro-mechanical or electronic equipment, with a strong background in electrical or mechanical engineering.
Key Responsibilities:
- Service, breakdown repair, and maintenance of advanced CT Computed Tomography Medical Imaging Systems at hospitals and healthcare centres throughout the South East.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients, ensuring prompt and efficient resolution of technical issues.
- Collaborate with the manufacturer's team to deliver comprehensive product training and support to customers.
- Contribute to the development of technical documentation and knowledge base to enhance the company's product expertise.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in maintaining, installing, and repairing high-value electro-mechanical or electronic equipment.
- Strong background in electrical or mechanical engineering, with relevant qualifications and certifications.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Full UK driving licence and ability to travel extensively throughout the South East.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including on-call and overtime, to meet customer needs.
