We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our team at We Search People, a leading Recruitment Consultancy specializing in the Construction & Engineering industry in the USA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide expert advice on talent acquisition strategies.
- Source and attract top talent in the Construction & Engineering industry, utilizing a range of recruitment channels and techniques.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates for each role, and present them to clients in a clear and concise manner.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and provide insights and recommendations to clients on how to stay ahead of the competition.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in permanent recruitment.
- Proven track record of success in attracting and placing top talent in the Construction & Engineering industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
