About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Director of People to provide strategic leadership across our organisation and motivate and develop our emergent HR team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic leadership across the organisation, driving strategic development, innovation and change
  • Develop and implement HR strategies to support business objectives
  • Lead and manage the HR team, providing coaching and development opportunities
  • Collaborate with the board of trustees to ensure effective governance and decision-making
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, volunteers and external partners
