About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and enthusiastic Business Operations Coordinator to join our team at the Science and Technology Facilities Council (STFC). As a Business Operations Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the bid to project lifecycle of a department with a portfolio of significant projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintaining accurate and consistent project financial information to assist with the Department's forecasting process.
  • Acting as a central point of contact for the Technology Bid process and related queries.
  • Using SharePoint to create and maintain comprehensive bid documentation.
  • Organising meetings, taking notes and ensuring actions are followed up and closed out.
About You

We are looking for a strong multitasker who can work both independently and as part of a team and the ability to prioritise in an ambiguous work environment. You will have excellent interpersonal skills, including being a solid communicator and demonstrate a high level of customer service. You will also have an analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data to drive decision making and planning.
