Pharmacy Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Pharmacy Technician to join our Primary Care team at HMP Long Lartin, a category A prison located in Littleton. As a Pharmacy Technician, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our team.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient-centered care, focusing on delivering safe and secure medicines management services.
- Deliver non-judgmental care within the scope of professional standards, involving timely administration of medicines and analyzing cost-effective prescribing.
- Inspire excellence by forging strong links within our teams, partners, and stakeholders, providing a service that people can trust, feel safe within, and feel proud of.
- Bespoke induction, including our Introducing Health in Justice training course.
- Competency framework.

- NVQ Level 3, or above, BTEC or equivalent.
- Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council.
- Up-to-date with Continual Professional Development (CPD).
- Relevant post-qualification pharmacy experience.
- General GCSE education or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
