Job Summary

The Sales Executive will be responsible for selling the manufacturer range of new and used car products, meeting agreed sales volumes. This role requires a strong understanding of the automotive industry and excellent communication skills to effectively engage with customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Follow the manufacturer sales process, including meeting enquiry management targets.
  • Understand and apply manufacturer mystery shopping criteria when dealing with customers.
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of showroom, displays, customer information, sales activities, vehicle documentation, and other relevant information to the required manufacturer standard.
  • Prospect for new and used car customers, creating sales opportunities through effective follow-up processes.
  • Convey the culture of putting customers first through transparent and honest communication.
  • Maximize sales opportunities by offering finance solutions, adhering to FCA guidelines.
  • Manage the preparation and handover of sold vehicles, ensuring customers receive a full briefing on vehicle operation and controls.
  • Participate in planning sales campaigns and promotions to maximize sales penetration.
  • Accurately appraise all vehicles offered for part exchange.
